Subscription Billing

Our courses are offered as a monthly subscription service. This gives you the flexibility to learn the courses at your own individual learning pace and schedule according to your needs. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to a comprehensive range of course materials, including but not limited to video tutorials, coding exercises, and access to our Discord community where you can get assistance in your learning journey.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our services being offered via a monthly subscription model and the immediate access provided to our course materials upon subscription, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to protect the integrity and value of our course content and resources.

We encourage our subscribers to carefully consider their commitment to learning our courses before subscribing.

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality educational resources and support to assist you in your learning journey.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply visit your subscription management page and select the option to cancel your subscription. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. This means you will retain access to the course materials until the end of the month for which you have already paid.

Please note that canceling your subscription will prevent any future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for subscription periods already billed.

However, if you cancel your subscription by directly canceling the auto-pay or e-mandate through your bank or UPI interface, your access to courses will be immediately revoked. Additionally, any modifications to your e-mandate through your bank or UPI interface that result in the cancellation of payment or subscription will not qualify for a refund from Pupilfirst.

Therefore, we advise managing your cancellations only through your subscription management page to avoid unintentionally losing course access.
