
Refund policy for Pupilfirst School
To request a refund for any course that you’ve made payment for, please write to the payment support email address noted towards the end of this document.
Who is this policy for?
This policy is applicable only to those who will be making the payment directly to Pupilfirst. For others who will be making payment via the Institute, please contact your respective faculty coordinator, who will then guide you accordingly.
Conditions for refund
Your ability to get a refund will depend on the courses that you’ve made payment for, your progress within the course, and whether you utilized a scholarship in the past. The following list of conditions apply to specific courses:
Retaking a course on paid basis after utilizing a scholarship
You are not eligible for a refund if you are making a payment for a course after having utilized scholarship for entry into a previous cohort of the same course.
WD101 & WD201
You can ask for a full refund of the course fee until you reach Level 3 of WD201, or within 30 days after the beginning of the WD101 course, whichever is earlier. There will be no refund of the course fee or any portion thereof after this period.
WD301
You can ask for a full refund of the course fee until you reach Level 3 of WD301, or within 30 days after the beginning of the WD301 course, whichever is earlier. There will be no refund of the course fee or any portion thereof after this period.
WD401
You can ask for a full refund of the course fee until you reach Level 3 of WD401, or within 30 days after the beginning of the WD401 course, whichever is earlier. There will be no refund of the course fee or any portion thereof after this period.
Scholarships in lieu of payment
Scholarships that have been used to gain access to a course without making payment are non-refundable.
Timelines & manner of refund
Following are the refund timelines once we receive an email addressed to the payment support email addresses (as applicable):
- Processing time: Up to 7 working days
- Return time after approval: 2 to 5 working days
Refund, if any, shall be made to the same issuing bank from where the course fee was received, or through any other method available on the site, as chosen by you. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only. Refunds may be supported for select banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, you will be required to share alternate bank account details with us for processing the refund. Refund shall be conditional and if there is any misuse by you, Pupilfirst reserves the right to seek legal remedy.
Other Miscellaneous Conditions
Except to the extent specified in this Refund Policy, you will not be eligible for any refunds on the course fees paid for any Courses or any part thereof.
All refund requests must be made in writing to the payment support email addresses given below and must be submitted within the timelines set out for refund for a specific course (as set out above), failing which Pupilfirst will not be liable to make any refunds.
